Welcome to the inaugural ZINI 75 Bartender Competition at AREA15 — the official kickoff celebration of ZINI VODKA entering the Las Vegas scene.
This is more than a cocktail competition — it’s a full experience. Expect music, cocktails, creative energy, unforgettable people, and some of the city’s most talented bartenders battling it out live using ZINI Vodka and DEVANT Champagne products.

The ZINI 75 is a bold reimagining of the classic French 75 cocktail, combining the smooth, vibrant spirit of ZINI Vodka with the elegance and sparkle of DEVANT Champagne. Inspired by celebration, nightlife, creativity, and culture, the ZINI 75 blends citrus, bubbles, and energy into a cocktail experience made for Las Vegas. In Round 1 of the competition at AREA15, bartenders will create their own signature version of this iconic cocktail using ZINI and DEVANT products, bringing their personality, style, and creativity to the glass.

Super Bowl charity week
Legends After Dark is an exclusive night of sushi and whiskey with NFL Legends, designed to balance respectful player access, premium nightlife energy, and meaningful community impact.
Hosted by Jeff Garcia, with additional former NFL players in attendance, this multi-phase NFL Alumni experience features a private mixer, curated main event, VIP tables and sponsorship activations, and a live memorabilia auction — all set in the heart of downtown San Jose.
Guests will enjoy hosted sushi bites, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a hosted bar during designated portions of the evening.
A portion of proceeds will directly support vetted San Jose-based nonprofit organizations, including Hunger at Home, along with additional local charities focused on youth development, family services, veteran support, and underserved communities.
